					<description>Good pieces.  I think it's important to cite that the US has decreased its number of nuclear warheads, although the present number is still an order of magnitude too high.  Its public aim in modernizing the warheads is not to increase the number but to make them more reliable; the real motive is, I suspect, profit for Livermore and others involved, and for politicians.</description>
